Principles and operation of the Great Place to Work label
This label highlights companies where employees take pride and pleasure in their work.
In Belgium, the “Great Place To Work” label works in collaboration with the Vlerick Business School.
How does it work?
Before obtaining this certification, we had to go through several stages.
Step 1: Trust Index
The “Trust Index” is a questionnaire designed to help employees analyze their level of satisfaction and trust in their company.
Each member of staff is asked, anonymously and voluntarily, to answer questions on the following topics:
- Management credibility
- Respect
- Fairness
- The pride
- Conviviality
Step 2: Audit culture
Secondly, corporate culture and human resources are subject to the “Culture Audit”.
At the end of this test, if the analysis results exceed 70%, the company is awarded the label.
And if they exceed 80%? Then the company can hope to break into the top 10.
