Our training programs include the essential safety training(Nacelle, Clark, VCA, etc.) required for the proper execution of the work, as well as all the professional training(AVEVA, Siemens, CANECO, Pilz, etc.) or language training (English, Spanish) required to enable our teams to deliver quality service to our customers.
The Technord B-Corp Management approach
What’s more, Technord’s B-Corp Management approach has enabled us to train almost 150 supervisors on subjects such as promotion processes, setting objectives and feedback.
Technord Academy Digitale
Finally, with Technord Academy Digitale, our employees have access to all the training courses developed by their colleagues (introduction to our business, project review, quotation, etc.). They also have access to a freely-available training catalog with a wide range of content: technical (specific development, databases, etc.), language or personal development (assertiveness, stress management, management, etc.).
