As part of Transmission Week, which runs from November 18 to 22 in collaboration with Wallonie Entreprendre, Belgian TV channel RTL-TVI broadcast a report shot a few weeks ago at Technord Tournai. The report highlights our employee share ownership model.
“Technord in Tournai: a Walloon nugget active in industrial electricity and artificial intelligence, which has chosen to pass on part of its capital to its employees. 265 people hold 20% of the shares … an exciting human, financial and managerial adventure!”
An employee shareholding model
At Technord, employee shareholding is more than just a financial initiative, it’s a genuine corporate project. Today, 265 employees are shareholders in the company, collectively holding 20% of the capital. This approach fosters commitment and motivation, while reinforcing a sense of belonging.
