For a customer in the pharmaceutical sector, our teams integrated renewable energy production into a new head cab.
Customer challenge
The initial request was to carry out pre-studies and draw up specifications for redesigning the site’s high-voltage network, in particular to include renewable energy generation.
A successful mission for Technord
Once this stage had been successfully completed, our teams were entrusted with the realization of the project in three parts:
- installation and commissioning of a new head cab connected to the Ores network
- rerouting and connecting existing 15kV loops to the new cabin
- high-voltage power supply for their new buildings
The installed high-voltage switchboard contains a cell dedicated to the production of renewable energy, and can be monitored and controlled via Schneider Electric’s PSO connected power software, which in particular enables predictive energy consumption scenarios to be established.
